Remodel

The Clay House / Denver, CO

I purchased this charming 1940’s home in Denver, Colorado. At the time (in 2022) the market was hitting it’s peak, and after months of getting outbid, I realized that my budget would limit me to finding a fixer to house hack. This 2 bd/1ba 850sf house had an awkward dining/storage room, bonus 150sf sunroom as well as an attached one-car garage which i noticed many of the neighbors had converted into living spaces.

In addition to updating the kitchen/bath, the dining room was converted into a third bedroom and the garage was converted into a studio loft. It’s now a 4bd/2ba and the sunroom is the highlight of the space!
